There are numerous agencies, organizations and individuals that help keep our trails clear for our enjoyment. Every year, these groups clear 1,000’s of trees from our trails! Here are a few of the organizations we can thank for this hard and never ending task:
Central Idaho Trail Riders Alliance
More information coming soon on this newly organized group out of McCall that is dedicated to the preservation and maintenance of our trail system in Central Idaho.
USFS – Payette National Forest
Visit the Facebook page for the Payette National Forest Service – they regularly post updates and conditions for roads and trails in the area and also work with trailing clearing organizations to clear trails.
Idaho Motorized Trails Program
The Idaho Motorized Trails Program is managed by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation and uses funding collected through the sale of ATV/UTV and motorbike registrations and state fuels tax annually to meet the needs of Idaho’s Motorized Trails community.

And there are many more groups and individuals out there who contribute their own time, sweat, gas for the saws, etc. – we thank them all! Please let us know about your efforts or of any newly fallen trees or obstacles here: >> Contact Page
