Dirt Jam Fundraiser – Secesh, ID

Get ready for the first annual “Dirt Jam” off-road fundraiser happening June 23rd & 24th, 2017 at the Secesh Stage Stop!Off Road FundraiserRide McCall, Mile High Power Sports and Slanted Shack Productions are proud to present the first annual “Dirt Jam” Off-Road Fundraiser – a fundraiser to benefit our local clubs who advocate for shared use of our public lands and maintain our trail systems within them.  This is a two day event at the Secesh Stage Stop including a live band, BBQ, raffle, exhibits, silent auction and more!  Proceeds go to our local clubs to help ease the financial burden for trail clearing, grooming, equipment maintenance, and legal expenditures for maintaining access to our public lands.

This is a great and fun opportunity for us to come together to support the area we love to ride and help keep it open and maintained for our enjoyment and future generations to come!

Friday night will include a social gathering with “DJ Wright Way”!  Food and beverages will be available in the restaurant.  There will not be an organized fun run but there will be select roads and single track cleared for UTVs, ATVs and motorcycles.  We are encouraging groups who wish to participate in group rides to join us Friday night to make plans with others attending the event.

Saturday Night will include a BBQ, raffle, silent auction, exhibits and live music by “The Dirty Chains”.  We will have a large tent set up in preparation for unpredictable weather! (It could be raining, snowing OR hot and sunny that time of year so prepare for both!)

A limited number of event tickets will be available to purchase at a discounted rate online via our online store mid May to mid June and include one event admission, BBQ and (1) free raffle ticket.  Additional raffle tickets and a limited number of event tickets will be available for purchase at the event starting Friday.

Camping & Accommodations

Campers will find an abundant amount of camping sites in the immediate area surrounding Secesh Meadows and Burgdorf Hot springs as well as farther out along the many forest service roads in the area. Private cabins may be available for rent in Secesh, Warren and Burgdorf Hot Springs.  Only daytime parking will be available at the event location.  The Baum Shelter in Warren will also be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and will be a great stop to include in your adventures!  We will provide Forest Service Maps depicting camping locations soon!

Area Information & Location

The Secesh Stage Stop is located north of McCall about 35 miles in the heart of the Idaho backcountry. Take Warren Wagon Road from McCall and head north – it is a beautiful drive starting out along Payette Lake which continues along the Payette River into the mountains, through beautiful meadows and past high mountain peaks. Secesh Meadows is only 5 miles from Burgdorf Hot Springs and 10 from Warren, Idaho.  There are many trails and roads in the area that will make for a great day of adventure via motorcycles, UTVs and ATVs.  Access to high mountain lakes, lookouts, ghost mines and even the Salmon river is possible this time of year but may be limited by snow.  Pray for warm weather between now and then!
